Each exhibiting dealer is responsible for their own sales tax documentation, reporting, etc. The VA Sales Tax Form is provided as a courtesy.

Important Dealer Information
A signed and completed contract with full payment must be submitted before loading into the event. The Dealer Contract can be found here. Please mail or email a legible copy of your contract along with your payment. If you have already submitted your contract and sent your full payment, please visit the check in table to get your dealer badge(s).
A minimum deposit of $200 per booth requested is required to secure space. Returning dealers have priority placement. New applicants will be placed in the order of receipt of contract/request. Deposit/payment is required for new applicants to reserve the space offered.
Please be sure to include your valid email on your dealer contract. We communicate all major dealer show updates strictly via email and if we do not have your information you will not receive them.
Dealer space is only available for full weekend attendance. There is no daily space available. All exhibitors must be present all three days of the show and are required to be open for the entirety of public show hours (no late arrivals/early departures).
