Thursday – 12:00pm-4:00pm
*Must have a ZERO BALANCE by Wednesday at 9:00 PM, prior to arriving at the show for Thursday load-in.*Friday – 8:00am-12:30pm
*All dealers must be set up and ready for customers by the time the show open s to the public for VIP customers at 12:30pm.*
Once you arrive at the Dulles Expo Center, please visit the Dealer Check-in Table.
** PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO YOUR SPACE UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED IN AND HAVE YOUR DEALER BADGES **
There is a sign-up sheet for porter services at the dealer check in table.
Put your name and cell phone number on this sheet and they will call you when a porter is available.
Please remember that our porters work for tips and be generous to them. Thank you!
